How do I place an order?
Add the products you want to your cart, then go to checkout and fill in your delivery details. You will receive an email with payment instructions right after you place the order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (BSB) and credit/debit card. Payment details are sent to your email as soon as you place the order. Please include your order number as the payment reference.
When is my order dispatched?
Once we confirm your payment has arrived, we prepare and dispatch your order. You will receive a confirmation email at each step.
How much is shipping?
Normal Post is $10, Express Post is $15, and Tasmania Post is $10. You pick one at checkout.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and reorder later.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Email us at Auvapebase@gmail.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
Do I have to be 18 or over?
Yes. All products on this site are strictly for customers aged 18 and over.
